崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)公司質(zhì)量方針、質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的貫徹落實(shí),公司質(zhì)量管理體系的運(yùn)行維護(hù);Responsible for the implementation of the company's quality policy and quality objectives, and the operation and maintenance of the company's quality management system.
2、負(fù)責(zé)來(lái)料、制程、成品品質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、檢驗(yàn)規(guī)格的制訂與執(zhí)行,注重預(yù)防質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,參加FMEA團(tuán)隊(duì),確定工藝風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并采取行動(dòng)降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn);Responsible for the formulation and implementation of incoming materials, processes, finished product quality standards, and inspection specifications;Focus on prevention of quality problems, take part in the FMEA team, determine process risks and take actions to reduce the risk
3、負(fù)責(zé)流程和產(chǎn)品審核,推動(dòng)工藝流程、檢驗(yàn)方法、工藝能力方面的持續(xù)改進(jìn);Responsible for process and product audit;Drive continuous improvement in terms of process flow, inspection method, process capability;
4、編制控制計(jì)劃、檢驗(yàn)說(shuō)明并向客戶提交PPAP;Prepare control plan, inspection instruction and submit PPAP to customers.
5、組織快速響應(yīng)團(tuán)隊(duì),對(duì)支持區(qū)域的日常質(zhì)量問(wèn)題做出反應(yīng),確保解決問(wèn)題的有效性和效率;負(fù)責(zé)公司品質(zhì)異常的處理,配合銷售部對(duì)客戶投訴和退貨進(jìn)行調(diào)查處理;Organize fast response team to react to daily quality problem in the supported area and ensure the effectiveness & efficiency of problem solving;Responsible for the handling of abnormal quality of the company, and cooperate with the sales department to investigate and handle customer complaints and returns.
6、品質(zhì)信息的收集、倡導(dǎo)、回復(fù),品質(zhì)成本的分析控制;Collection, advocacy and response to quality information, analysis and control of quality costs;
7、負(fù)責(zé)全員品質(zhì)的推行,對(duì)各部門工作進(jìn)行內(nèi)部質(zhì)量稽核;Responsible for the implementation of the quality of all employees, and conduct internal quality audits on the work of each department;
8、對(duì)供應(yīng)商的評(píng)估,供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量輔導(dǎo)。Supplier evaluation and supplier quality coaching.
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,8年以上汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),至少3-5年擔(dān)任質(zhì)量經(jīng)理的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);Bachelor's degree or above, at least 8 years of work experience in quality management in the automotive industry, at least 3-5 years of work experience as a quality manager ;
2、精通IATE16949質(zhì)量管理體系及其核心工具;Proficient in IATE16949 quality management system and its core tools;
3、善于解決問(wèn)題(8D、5-WHY等); Good at problem solving( 8D, 5-WHY,etc.);
4、流利的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)/書面語(yǔ);Fluent in oral/written English
5、較強(qiáng)的人際溝通能力,善于管理。Strong interpersonal communication skills, and confilct management.
6、粉末冶金行業(yè)優(yōu)先Powder metallurgy industry is preferred.
